Project space
Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo
25 March – 31 August 2010
Alberto Garutti (b. 1948 Galbiate, LC) is one of the most predominant figures on
Italy’s art scene today. His poetics bring an ever-wider public closer to contemporary
art. For the exhibition at the Fondazione, he presents Temporali, the project with
which he recently won the Premio Terna. The work is in the form of a great luminous
object, similar to a chandelier.
A catalogue to the exhibition, featuring texts by Francesco Bonami, Sir Nicholas
Serota, Daniel Birnbaum and Udo Kittelmann, will be published by Press SRR.
